October 12, 2022 - "Meet the District 2 City Council Candidates" at the Military Heritage Museum. Social at 6 pm followed by the meeting from 6:30-7:30. To learn more about them, Bill Dryburgh at: https://www.billdryburgh.com & Rachel Keesling at: https://www.voterachelkeesling.com. This is your opportunity to learn about their stand on issues important to you. Remember, one of them will have a Council vote on issues that will impact you.

Guest speakers will be Patti Allen, General Manager of Fishermen’s Village, discussing Fishermen’s Village Development Plans, Pastor Bill Frank will discuss the First Baptist Church K-12 School Plans and Bob Sifrit will talk about Communicating to City Council regarding proposed Land Development Regulations
June - No Meeting
May 11, 2022 - Social at 6:00 PM, followed by our General Meeting at the Military Heritage Museum located at 900 W Marion Avenue at 6:30PM. Our Land Development Regulations (LDR) Committee will present the issues effecting our neighborhood in the proposed changes to City code. Then they will lead a lively discussion to develop our position on the issues.
April - No Meeting
March 9, 2022 - Social at 6:00 PM followed by our Annual Meeting at the Military Heritage Museum located at 900 W Marion Avenue at 6:30PM Discussion of public safety concerns with Punta Gorda’s Police and Fire Chiefs, Pam Davis and Ray Briggs. In addition to briefing us on their current programs, they will be addressing concerns submitted by members.

Guest Speaker Punta Gorda’s Principal Planner, Mitchell Austin, discussing how the proposed Land Development Regulations, LDR’s, impact our community.
